- Sample and test raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain quality records and reports
- Flag and isolate non-conforming batches
- Support FDA and customer audits
Requirements
- Degree/HND in food science, chemistry or biology
- Understanding of FDA Ghana requirements
- Lab and documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
