We reply to every contact form submission within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. WhatsApp messages are typically answered in under 30 minutes during office hours (8am–6pm GMT). Phone calls go straight through.

Wallet refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Open the Shaxi app → Wallet → Tap the transaction → Request refund. If you can't see the option, message us on WhatsApp with your transaction ID and we'll process it manually.

Typical onboarding is 5–7 business days from when you upload all documents (driver's license, vehicle registration, insurance, photo). You'll get email and SMS updates at each step. If your application stalls, email driver@shaxigh.com with your application reference and we'll unblock it within 24 hours.

Open the order in the Shaxi app and tap "Report an issue". For high-value items or fraud, email info@shaxigh.com with the order ID, screenshots, and a short description. Our trust & safety team responds within 12 hours and can pause payouts to the seller while we investigate.

Yes. Call +233 (0) 597 101 644 (Support) immediately with your ride ID. We'll contact the driver. Most lost items are recovered within 24 hours when reported quickly. There is no fee, but you'll need to arrange pickup or return delivery.
